Refunds, plainly

Our promise: if a resource doesn't work for your class, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund it. No forms, no fuss — email dan@theteachingcouple.com with your order number and a line about what didn't fit.

A few honest details:

• Refunds are processed by Polar, our payment provider, back to your original payment method (usually 5–10 working days).
• Because these are digital downloads, UK/EU "cooling-off" cancellation rights end when you download the files — you agree to this at checkout. Our 30-day promise above is more generous than the law requires, and it's the one we actually operate by.
• Bought the same thing twice, or bought a single then upgraded to its bundle within 30 days? Email us — we'll refund the overlap.
• Abuse (serial refunding of downloaded resources) means we may decline future orders. In four years we've almost never needed this line.
